Helping people achieve their vision for growth and greater happiness
New Goals? What do I want for myself in 2025?
Spring in New England - leaves unfurling; flowers beginning to burst through the soil - a time of renewal and new growth. It also is a good time to clear out and streamline items on our To Do lists that never seem to get done. Are they really necessary? Are these tasks on our lists aligned with our Vision and our Goals. In working with clients over the years who are Navigating Change, I recommend that they set achievable goals for themselves in 3 month increments. So ask yourself, What do I want to accomplish in the next 3 months?
I suggest you start small - list the top 5 initiatives you want to work on over the next 3 months. If you are thinking about a career shift, start working on your resume now. If you want to find work that is meaningful to you, write down what is important to you in a job. If you want to create a better work/life balance, clearly articulate what that could look like for you. Maybe you're at another stage in your life, where you want to start downshifting for retirement, how can you make that happen this year. If you are retired, perhaps you want to try a new career part-time - what areas of interest have you always wanted to pursue.
I have found that clients who achieve the most success are those who can clarify their goals and who are in action - not just thinking about a change - take one step now in the direction you want to go. Working with a Life Coach can be that step. Contact me for a complimentary 30 minute coaching session!

It may sound simple but change begins with the first step. If you go through the process of identifying what is important to you and are totally honest with yourself, you will begin to move in the direction you want to go at this time in your life. Coaching can help you clarify your goals and create action steps for moving forward. As a Coach, I draw from my personal experience. I have managed many major life changes and I know from experience how difficult that can be. I wrote about my story about navigating 5 major life changes in 5 years.
