For more than 13 years, I worked as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager in the US for an international company headquartered in Europe. I mentored and coached my team and colleagues around the globe on how to manage organizational change, set goals and achieve success.
After 5 major life changes including the sudden death of my spouse, being downsized, relocating and re-inventing myself, I transformed my own life. I have leveraged my experience to help others dealing with major change. Being a cancer survivor, I also know first hand the value of our life's energy.
I am a Workshop Facilitator and have conducted seminars on embracing change using a 5-step innovative process that I developed. I have served as a Cancer Coach with the Cancer Wellness organization. I am currently in a leadership position as Co-Chair of Western Mass Coaching Alliance (WMCA) (http://westernmasscoaches.com/).
I recently published a self-help book in a memoir format: "Navigating 5 Life Changes, An Odyssey of Resiliency and Hope" to help others dealing with major life change.
I am a Professional Organizer and help people take control of their paperwork and create customized filing solutions for my clients.
